Plan for Success Program

Do you have a high school student or recent graduate who is not sure what to do after school?  Are you tired of arguing with your student about the importance of planning for their future?  Does your student need help outlining colleges, training options, and employment goals?

The Plan for Success Program provides tools and support to teenagers and young adults to assist them in becoming independent adults.  We offer life training skills such as accountability, time management, money management, and many other invaluable keys to success.

We aim to develop independent, accountable, responsible, goal-oriented and successful young adults.
 
Services for College/Technical training and Career Planning 
Initial Interview, Completion of Interests and Aptitude Tests, Interpretation and Explanation of Test Results, Identification of Schools and Programs
Additional services include:  College Application Assistance, College Scholarship Search, Stress Management

Intensive Semester Support Programs
For students who are having difficulty in managing the transition following high school, we offer the following intensive semester support programs:

Tier 3   3-5 days of support each week to introduce and reinforce new life skills
Tier 2   Weekly support to reinforce and build upon developing life skills
Tier 1   Monthly maintenance services to refine and reinforce life skills
