Melissa Lacoste, LPC

Melissa Lacoste is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Louisiana, practicing since 2019. She earned her Master’s degree in Counselor Education from the University of New Orleans in 2013.
Melissa brings a wide range of clinical experience, having worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across multiple settings. Her background includes several years on an inpatient psychiatric unit (2006–2013), working with the District Attorney’s office in diversion programs for misdemeanor and felony cases, and serving in group private practice in recent years.
She has supported clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, grief, trauma, mood disorders, and crisis situations. Melissa is passionate about helping individuals find balance, clarity, and a greater sense of fulfillment in their lives.
